Possibly, it depends on where your hair is at. I've worked with a lot of over-processed hair and we can often to move forward slowly and safely. Hair health always comes first, if we need to do some repair work before diving into color I'll always tell you that upfront.

Most of my clients come back every 8-16 weeks instead of the traditional 4-8, that's the beauty of lived-in color. It's designed to grow out beautifully so you're not stuck on a strict schedule. Using the right products at home helps stretch it even further.

How often will I need touch-ups?

Yes, and honestly it's perfect for lived-in color! We can blend them so they look like natural highlights, brighten them so they pop beautifully, or cover them in a way that grows out seemlessly. Every approach is different because every head of grey is different. 

Can I get lived-in color if I have greys?
